Keeper Password Manager App Reviews

Sales nags have become completely intolerable and I can no longer justify trying to use this app.

This is a must-have app. Over the years I have referred many to download and use Keeper. A few years ago I had some in-app issues and made the comment that "...The way to keep good customers is to take good care of them." They listened, and responded. Thank You! This is a GREAT APP!

Ive used this production for years and liked it until recently. Be warned, this company will stab you in the. Ack to get you to subscribe to their higher levels of service. Im fine with charging me for online backup protection. However, my subscription ran out and I decided to not renew this extra service. Instead of letting me continue to use the free features, I now can only view my old passwords. I cannot edit old entries or add new entries unless I subscribe to their back up service (for half price of $15. Ha! I paid $10 for it the first time). Anyway, good product but unethical/misleading business practices.

I had this app for at least two years, and the only issue I ever faced was the constant pestering to upgrade to the $29.99 pro version. Suddenly, today, after I changed my password (to open the app), it started crashing on me. I emailed tech support, and the only suggestion they had for me was to buy the $29.99 version to get all of my info back. Thanks for nothing keeper. I didnt know they hired salespeople for IT now. Now the only way for me to get my passwords back is to break out a credit card. Also, if youve read this far, keep in mind that you can lock notes now, so you dont even need an app like this.

I use it all the time a great app To store passwords and private info.

Was handy when it was free. Now they want $30 a year for renewal. And I cant add any new records without paying. I dont mind paying, but thats ridiculous. Ill be finding a cheaper app.

I recommend this app I recently locked my app couldnt remember my password and they were able to help me restore it and get access to my account.. so relieved

Well the $3.00 raise on my Social Security check will take care of there PRICE INCREASE.

Tried to renew subscription multiple times and pay. The app had a glitch and wouldnt allow it. Lost all my information. Terrible non-functional app.

Keeper is the best so far- flexible, well organized, readily accessible! A "keeper" for sure!

I must have 100 passwords and Ive never written one down on paper. Ive used Keeper on multiple devices for years. Never a problem. Always works. Being able to do backs and sync between devices is a big plus.

This app. Keeps me up to date on password changes. I cant get along with our it!!

I have been using this app for 4+ years. It is easy to use, secure and convenient. One can store other kinds of information than just passwords. It has been great for keeping license and passport numbers, auto insurance details, and the WiFi log in information, to name a few. The only drawback is that there is no price break for a household of two people. Thats it for "cons". Otherwise everything else is a positive feature.

Long time user. I protect my work & personal passwords. That it creates passwords is helpful. Ive drowned a couple of phones, but because I bought the service everything magically reappeared in my new phones. LOVE this app & service.

I love Keeper. I use it for home, for work, to help my wife remember her passwords and find it almost indispensable. Its my second brain.

I love love LOVE Keeper Security. Its far above other password security packages. Been using it for several years, & especially like the sync between all devices.

It does just what its supposed to do, and you always have your passwords with you!

Great app. Good support. The $10 yearly fee seems excessive to take full advantage of all features tho.

I have been using the trial version and now upgraded to full version. I love this. I pay my bills through keeper. I would recommend this to anyone needing help with passwords. I could not manage without this app.
