Keeper Password Manager App Reviews

I have been using keeper for almost 3 years and it is by far the best. I have the app on my desktop and iPhone and its so easy to use. I highly recommend; you will not be disappointed.

I’d quick using the app and then decided to jump back in. I had some technical issues getting the ID fingerprint to work but tech support did an excellent job getting me back on track. I laughed when I got their email with the instructions that included: Your comprehension and cooperation are much appreciated!” ( Well, I cooperated and comprehended and I’m back using this great app!)

The Touch ID works great. I love it. Nice work people. Im a long time user and their support is second to none. Quick and accurate responses at all times.

Well it charged me 29.99 before i even figured out how to use it and now Im trying to get rid of the monthly charge and cant figure out how. Way to rob people!

The app itself is the best way to keep your passwords under lock & key. The customer service is impeccable, I accidentally made a mistake on my renewal & they corrected it & added additional 4 months. Youve gained a customer for life.

The stupid app keeps prompting me to write a review or tries to upswell me EVERY time I login. Just want to access my data and not waste the effing time. Fire your marketing idiot and go back to a simple ui without the annoying interferences. You have bugged me 100 times for a review so there you go.

Awesome tool and great support service!

This was a great password manager ... for the FIRST year!! I paid $9.99 for the premium version so I could sync my passwords to a new phone. Little did I know that the fee would go up to $29.99 the next year with no way to revert back to the free version. Was told by customer support that I needed to transfer my passwords to paper if I couldnt pay their fees when I voiced my concern and asked if there was a less expensive version or if I could revert back to the free version!

Price of subscription was raised $20 and I didnt want any of the features the service provided. Couldnt restore passwords from backup made when I was previously subscribed. Am now forced to pay $30 to use the app again.

Just used it for a month and now they are asking for an upgrade. Many emails reminding me of 24 hrs left to pay and multiple pop ups. Decided tonwrite customer support and they did disable the pop ups but this is their whole response to my issues with the app: "Even though all the alerts are disabled, technically we are not able to disable Final Notice. It reminds you 24 hours, and let you know when your free trial expires. Please keep in mind that the Free version of Keeper will only work with one device and your data is stored locally to that 1 device. You will be able to access your data, but if you switch devices, or your device is lost, stolen or damaged, or if you update your operating system and Keeper then crashes you will not be able to restore your data. These are the risks you are agreeing to take when you continue to use the free version. We highly recommend upgrading to the paid version so your information is protected. Thank you, Keeper Support Team"

Not a fan of pre-populating my review. Ill do my own talking, thank you. If you dont pay, you are pop-upd and then emailed incessantly.

Best app for storing passwords, important info, etc. Extremely user friendly and updates are always kept current. Highly recommend. Ive had other Password Apps, this by far is my FAV!! Somebody mentioned that it self-destructs after "five" failed log-in attempts. This can be turned off and I highly recommend doing so. They have this setting as an added protection. Especially like that I can sync passwords when I use other devices.

I like the app but the increase to $30 is a bit excessive.

One of the most useful apps youll ever own. Easy to navigate, entries are a breeze, and most importantly your data is secure. Recently needed support for a device change and was pleasantly surprised at the prompt, attentive, and correct service I received. Kudos to the Keeper team.

Every thing is synced except my IPad . Updates come all the time. Cannot do without this app. Excellent App, love it

This app has been great! I would highly recommend this app.

Earlier versions supported FTP which has been removed. No option to export passwords out if you want to move to something else.

Best app for keeping track of passwords. Easy to sync between Apple devices.
