Love it

Ive had nothing but really good experiences with this app so far. It will bug you every login to "upgrade", but you dont have to. I recommend that, though, in case you lose access somehow and you are not backed up somewhere; my old phone died and the old version of the app did not carry over and my account was the free version so they could not "recover" my account and I had to create a new one. But that was my fault, and for me, the paid upgraded version will be worth it to me in the future. Ive not experienced any bugs, glitches or other issues.

Really disappointed with this app just a few days ago I lost all my passwords

Great customer service experience!

I have had Keeper for years but just recently used their customer service. I was most pleased with the speed and effectiveness of their response.

Great Customer Service

Have used the free app for about a year and finally paid for the upgrade. I like the interface and the features, including the ability to connect directly to a link. Had trouble connecting all of my devices at first but a quick email to customer service fixed that problem when a reply came back with detailed, yet simple, instructions. Haven’t downloaded any files or photos yet, but the rest seems simple to use so I imagine that process will be smooth as well. A great way to keep all your info handy and protected.

Was great; no longer is!

I loved it at $10 per year. Outrageous price increase has led me to a MUCH more affordable alternative. Good luck to Keeper without my help! (Please discontinue my email warnings. I dont need you anymore!

Wish they would reconsider their pricing strategy. Free was great. $9.95 was ok. $30 is ridiculous. Long time user wouldve paid the $9.95 again but $30 forget it.

Happy with support

I’ve been using Keeper for many years and have been pleased with its relatively simple structure. After recently upgrading to a newer phone I was unable to see any of my records on the new device. With a couple of quick e-mail exchanges, the support staff were able to get me through the process and now all my data’s available again. Having said that, I’ll agree with other comments that the new price will likely be too high for the feature set I use. Hopefully the company will reconsider...

Great customer service

Ive used this app for years as I need to remember a bunch of passwords for work. I recently switched devices and got hung up trying to deactivate one device and add another. I contacted their customer service area via email and they were very responsive and were able to assist me and resolve my issue. I recommend this app to people all the time when they mention having to remember passwords.

I really liked it at first. And still is easy access to all my data. But the price keeps going up. They have a lot of data that cant get out unless I paid the $30! I get an email stating that I have to renew in the next 24 hours or will lose access. I know when my subscription is up. Ive ignored it.

$30.00!!!!

No way am I going to pay $30.00 for this app. Its been great for me over the past several years, but the $10.00 annual fee was a bit much. Now its jumped in price & Im downloading a new password app because of it. Its been glitchy lately anyway, which gives me all the more reason to switch.

I have had questions about the upgrade which support has helped me work through. Appreciate the security of encryption and backup features. Also the ability to create a file and print to store info in safe in case of emergency.

Pay! Or else...

Unless you choose the paid option, everytime you log in youll be bombarded with pop-ups about how unsafe your info is unless you buy the subscription. The app wont let you do anything other than manually put in a few passwords in the free version. This app is nowhere near worth $30 a year.

Not free!

I suppose the app itself is good, but know that if you get this "free" app, you will never be able to get into it without it bringing up a box that says to either pay for premium vault storage or "stay unprotected" (which is what I have always chosen) but because I did choose to pay (one time-no auto payment) now after bothering me every time I open it...) it just takes the $ from my paypal account without my authorizing it. Im sure this is a good program, but only if you are willing to pay for it.

The most important app on my iPhone & iPad. A great app for storing all of your important information. Highly recommend. Have used this app a very long time.

Average, Costly, & Sneaky Charges

The app does what it says - stores passwords. Personally, I dont like the appearance - it looks and handles clunky. It loads a bit slow. It is constantly emailing and pushing popups for payment for additional, unnecessary features. However what really irritated me was what I thought was the sneaky renewal billing. There is no alert or reminder that your service will be automatically renewed on a set date. The subscription end date does not correspond to the day you will be billed, rather the subscription auto-renews some weeks earlier than the subscription end date without any notification. Cannot end subscription or delete account without contacting Keeper support directly, cannot cancel payments without contacting support, not notified of weeks-early renewal cost, no receipt for charge, clunky interface, slow loading, and I havent had problems enough with other password apps to justify sticking with Keeper simply because their security claims.
